Return & Exchange Policy
In the unfortunate case that you need to return an item, Tiny OOTD is able to arrange for an exchange of item or refund the amount to you in the form of store credits (gift code). Please email us at email@example.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Labels must still be intact. We are unable to accept items that are not in the original sale condition. Sales items cannot be returned.
IF YOU BOUGHT A WRONG SIZE
We understand that online purchases can be daunting and your purchases may not fit your child. We allow you to exchange the item for another size, if stocks are available. Alternatively, we are able to refund the amount to you in the form of store credits (gift code).
The return period is 15 days from the date of order.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service (e.g. registered mail or courier delivery). We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be responsible for any loss.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG OR DEFECTIVE ITEM
We sincerely apologise if we have sent you the wrong or a defective/faulty item. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will attend to you as soon as possible. We are able to exchange the same item for you or refund the amount to you in the form of store credits (gift code) or cash (your choice!).
We will be responsible for the shipping costs. The return period is 30 days from the date of order.
